I was once told that the girls love you but the boys fall in love with you.  I have to say that has been my experience with our dogs.  The beautiful  thing about our breed is I can have house a house full of intact males and not have a problem.   Everyone mingles, everyone gets along.  That is quite remarkable when you think about it.  Temperament is a cornerstone to the Cavalier.

Our goal from the beginning has been to have really nice dogs – we’ve never had a desire to whelp litters.  I’m just not cut out for it!
